These leaves are as found in the walled gardens of Kilmory Castle at Lochgilphead. Just one of those things you find when you go for a walk at lunchtime.

Looks a bit like someone had the top leaf for lunch. Its nice the way nature arranges things for photographers – very considerate sometimes, if you have your eyes open.

I like the natural mosaics made by fallen leaves and could have shown others here, but this arrangement was so striking, I couldn’t resist it.
